    "content": "I would like to encourage all of us to remember that when we talk about BBI it is in the backdrop of what we saw as the handshake which by itself pointed nine issues, one of which is directly affected here. There was the issue of inclusivity, unemployment when looking at the youth and the way we lack national ethos, corruption and tribalism. Looking at the country there is a sense of the need to move forward. This Bill speaks to the core because it enables us to ensure we put annexes between inclusivity and good governance. If we have representation of the different age, gender and ethnic groups it will help us."
