    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Let me join you in welcoming the students from Kabiro School, Nairobi City County. I encourage them to go back after this session in this House and work hard. I wish to tell them that the Senate is a House of order. This is where we make laws that govern various institutions in this country. Looking at this House, you realise that we have Members of both gender, meaning that if you work hard, your dreams will always be valid, and at one time, you may be in this House as well."
