    "content": "If we do not manage this process properly, we will continue to have these diseases that are spread by animals because we do not have enough veterinary doctors to deal with this issue or to make sure that we are eating meat that is inspected and healthy. Recognizing the graduates of veterinary management and animal production services is crucial so that they can meet the shortage. In the meantime, let us recognize their certificates and levels of education and incorporate them in the county government structure, because agriculture is a devolved function. This is to ensure that counties are able to make use of these graduates and deal with the shortage which will be massive in two years’ time. I support the petitioners. Thank you."
