    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I thank these two individuals who sent the Petition to this House. Ordinarily, the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries should be championing these kind of things, even without ordinary citizens prompting this House. I do hope that the eventual outcome of this Petition will be an amendment to the law. Many Senators here, including my colleague from Uasin-Gishu are very good dairy farmers.
