    "content": " Order, Senators. In my previous tour of service, like they have said, I worked in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries; I was actually the Permanent Secretary. Therefore, this Petition is very important. Pursuant to Standing Order 232(1), the Petition should be committed to the relevant standing committee for its consideration. In this case, I direct that the Petition be committed to the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. In terms of Standing Order 232, the committee is required, in not more than 60 calendar days from the time of reading the prayer, to respond to the petitioners by way of a report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of the Senate. I hope that the committee will move with speed as they did when it came to the report of locusts. I thank you. Next Order."
