    "content": "It is unfortunate that the Members who I expect to know these procedures are the ones who appear not to have looked at the Standing Orders and the law. Remember, if you do not consider this nominee within the stipulated time because of this kind of behaviour, this nominee will stand duly appointed. So, you must allow the process to be followed. You must approve the nominee from the date on which this notification is given. Consequently, the Committee should notify the nominee and the general public of the time and place of the approval hearings in good time. The notification should therefore be made immediately and the Committee may thereafter commence the necessary approval hearings and submit its report to the House on or before Tuesday, 17th March 2020. This must happen within the time stipulated. The Committee is accordingly directed to ensure that the nominee is notified."
