    "content": "b) Recommends the restoration to the farmers and KDCU (Now Kilifi County Cooperative Union) and revival of the Kenya Cashew Nuts Factory in Kilifi with the additional upgrade of turning it into a horticultural manufacturing factory that can process cashew nuts, mangoes, coconuts among other products as part of realisation of the Government’s Big Four Agenda. c) Recommends that the former workers be paid their dues as well as restoration of the factory’s ownership to the people of Kilifi, and d) Makes any other recommendations it deems appropriate in the circumstances of the Petition. And your petitioners will ever pray. Thank you."
