Members, Standing Order No. 199 of the National Assembly Standing Orders provides for the procedure of processing reports of select committees and for clarity, reports of select Committees range from reports on Bills, inquiries, appointments, travel, financial estimates and audits. A number of such reports when being submitted are followed by Notices of Motion for consideration by the House. Others contain proposals to amend Bills which are going to come before the House.
