It is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Education: (i) Could Cabinet Secretary provide the status of investigations into the cause of recent student deaths at Precious Talents Academy and Kakamega Primary School? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the technical reports regarding public works certification of completion and occupation, public health and quality assurance and standards, in respect of the two schools?
