I challenge the Members to follow up this matter in their constituencies. For the constituencies which have no gazetted committees, it means there is no existence of that Fund in them. Hon. Speaker, this Fund was meant to assist women, youth and persons living with disabilities, but its performance is not impressing because they are operating at almost 50 per cent.
