    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am a Member of the Special Funds Account Committee. We took some time to look at this Report, but I just want to make one comment. We realised that one Fund was performing much better than the other one. The Women Enterprise Fund is doing very well. The recovery of their loans is above 90 per cent across the constituencies unlike the Uwezo Fund. What came out clearly is that the Women Enterprise Fund has staff that, at least, monitor the process of vetting.
