    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, even as we acknowledge the individual role by the Assistant Minister, he says that Wajir District Advisory Committee which discussed this case did not forward those minutes to the headquarters. It seems that it has taken 15 years for those minutes to be forwarded to the headquarters from Wajir. It, therefore, means that somebody somewhere did not do the job he was supposed to do. What is the Assistant Minister doing in order to instill discipline in civil servants, so that this is not done to any other Kenyan? This was done to Mr. Geriow, but I am sure many other Kenyans will be suffering the same fate---"
