    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there are procedures that are laid out by the Public Service Commission in terms of returning a staff member into the payroll. We want to go through those procedures exhaustively. If we establish, after close consultation with the Public Service Commission, that the staff member needs to be put back on the payroll, then we will do that. That is why we are asking for 30 days to do that. I can assure you that we are looking into that matter and after that period, I am sure that the hon. Member will be satisfied with the outcome."
