    "content": "Another issue that I have noted is that the money was cascaded down to the constituencies. But we have constituencies that are very large, like Kinangop Constituency, where I have two sub-counties. We get the same allocation like other constituencies. Going forward, I wish we could look at how best we can reach as many people as possible by having the money go through sub-counties."
