    "content": "Unlike these legislative instruments, the nature of an Adjournment Motion is that while it provides an opportunity for immediate discussion of a definite matter of urgent national importance, without reference to the usual notice periods required, it does not result in a resolution or a decision of the Senate. In nature, it is such that no action is required of the Senate at the conclusion of its debate. Indeed, this is the design of this legislative instrument."
