    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. First, we are enhancing the internal security system in all the reserves and, secondly, we are working very closely with the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. As we said, illegal arms in that area have been the biggest contributor to the dwindling number of elephants in the last five years. But there has been an improvement of the infrastructure. I am happy because the hon. Member has noted that a tarmac road is being constructed in that area and more funds are being put onto those feeder roads. So, with that, I think the flexibility of the game wardens to move around and be able to police the wild animals will increase."
