    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I admit that, that may be a bit tricky because hippos live in the water. We do not have enough wardens and rangers to guard every kilometer of the water. I would like to ask the hon. Member that when those hippos come out in large numbers to attack the villages, a report should be made to the nearest Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) offices. If you do not get any assistance there, that is the reason why we are here. As a Ministry, we will support you to make them do their job."
