    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a nation that is governed by the rule of law. As far as the court proceedings are concerned, this officer was acquitted. The Assistant Minister has mentioned that this officer did not appeal. I want to lay on the Table a document showing that he appealed on 19th February, 2010. He received the dismissal letter on 16th February. So, he appealed only a day after. So, the allegation that the officer never appealed is not true. I am happy to lay this document on the Table of the House."
