    "content": "An auditor may want to find out how you managed to do a mega project. When you explain and the evidence about the loans you took is there, I think they will be satisfied. If they find out your crooked ways, that will still be okay. In the process of auditing, it is possible for them to know whether whatever you are saying is true or not because according to this Bill, public servant are obligated to be truthful when it comes to the information they give. If they give information that is not truthful, it attracts a fine. If it comes out that a public servant was not truthful, they will be prosecuted for not being honest. This Bill obligates public officers to be highly cautious and careful in the manner they handle public money when they are in office. If it is followed to the letter professionally and with integrity and objectivity, it will help public servants style up and ensure that they give genuine service to the people of this Republic because that is what they are employed to do. They are supposed to be servant leaders in whatever capacity. Madam Temporary Speaker, I support."
