    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I beg to second the appointment of Mary Wanjira Kimonye as the PS, State Department of Public Service. I participated in the vetting of Mary Wanjira Kimonye and I confirm to this House that this is one of the most qualified people that probably we have come across. This is a lady who has been a lecturer, was a CEO for Brand Kenya, has been involved in recruitment of chairpersons of various commissions and been involved in various consultancies in the Government. Therefore, I have no doubt that Mary Wanjira Kimonye will do a lot of good work in the public service. Mary Wanjira Kimonye has been serving as the Principal Administrative Secretary for the same department and during her tenure, as a Committee, we have noted a lot of improvement in Huduma Centre services. We therefore believe that she is the right candidate to bring a lot of change in the public service and we expect a lot from her. Hon. Speaker, I beg to second."
