    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have listened with keen interest to the answer by the Minister and I note that these things are not happening in my constituency other than one which is remotely being implemented. Many of these are not happening and they will not help answer my Question. My Question is; âHow has the Ministry assisted---â Many of these are just plans which have not even been implemented and nothing has really happened. Could the Minister tell us what they have on the ground? Many of the things he has said here are not on the ground except for the camels that have been introduced by some Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Maasailand."
