    "content": "When we talk about walkways, again we ask ourselves, in a time like this when we have pandemic issues like COVID-19, what the Bill says about people walking, especially those who are suspected and those who are clean from areas affected by the virus. When we say people should self-quarantine, is it in the house or somewhere in the village? It is funny. Hon. Speaker, like you have directed, it is time we discussed this thing. As the Committee on Health, it is funny to hear that somebody is coming to self-quarantine. I am imagining this is a father who has arrived from China and going to a house that has his family members who have to meet and greet him. Therefore, if he has to be quarantined, the family members would walk the following day, some to school, others to the market and others to the workplace."
