    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, for pastoralists, livestock is about their dignity. Once they lose their livestock, they become demoralized and dehumanized. My constituents, particularly those ones around Gafarsa lost nearly all the livestock they had. You can imagine that, that is what they solely depend on. Could the Minister immediately consider disbursing part of the money he has in his account since it is one year down the line, to parts of my constituency and the rest of the country so that a few of these pastoralists can benefit, including his constituency, particularly the Merti Area?"
