    "content": "The money which was spent at the CRI was collected from the Coffee Levy at a rate of 2 per cent, but which is no longer submitted. The Institute cannot work because there is no money to run it. What Hon. (Dr.) Eseli reported to the House was correct and it is supposed to be checked. The Government needs to be serious in dealing with the Institute, so that we can advance in coffee farming in the country. Time has come for this country to identify agriculture as a serious component to be funded accordingly so that farmers can benefit. I understand that agriculture is key in earning foreign exchange for the country.
