    "content": "Based on the important role that these two Funds play in our national development, there is need for proper utilisation and accountability of public resources which are vested towards realisation of mandates of these institutions. It is on this basis that the Committee invited the accounting officer of these two Funds, the Principal Secretary for Gender Affairs, Hon. Safina Kwekwe Tsungu, to respond to the audit queries which are raised in the reports of the Auditor- General. Arising from the evidence adduced, the Committee came up with various recommendations, which are contained in the Report, for consideration by this House."
