Wetangula, who is out of the country on official duty, I join you in welcoming the young learners from Ndivisi Girls High School. I wish them a fruitful stay, wish them well in their studies particularly those who will sit for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams this year. We wish them success. They are in the right place. This is the Senate of the Republic of Kenya where debate is guided by logic. We do our things constitutionally unlike other places that I do not want to name.
