    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rarely do this but being the only Whip in the House, I want to express my concern. It has been a big challenge to ask Senators not to leave. I get the impression that if we continue longer than usual, we will not have quorum to pass this and the effort made for the past 14 days by the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget will go to waste. Therefore, Madam Temporary Speaker, I propose, under Standing Order No. 106, that you limit debate on the BPS in as much as it is as important as any other agenda we have. The Standing Committee on Finance and Budget has done a good job. If there are Members to contribute, limit the number and the time, so that we vote in the next five to 10 minutes. I beg to move."
