    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that he is not aware of the effects that Government bureaucracy has on attracting foreign investments. I really do not know whether he is telling the truth by saying that they are satisfied as a Ministry with the prevailing business environment, as being conducive to attract direct foreign investments. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am aware that when the Minister was reading the Budget for this year, he indicated that there were a number of reforms that he wanted to undertake so as to make our business environment better, and to attract direct foreign investments. When is the Ministry projecting to conclude these reforms, so that we can have a better business environment for foreign investors? Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
