Speaker, I beg to give Notice of the following Motion: Taking into consideration the findings of the Select Committee on Implementation on its examination of implementation status, the Resolution of the House of 6th June 2019 regarding the constitutional approval of Ms. Mwende Mwinzi for appointment as ambassador of Kenya to Seoul, South Korea, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday 27th November 2019 and pursuant to provisions of Section 8 of the Public Appointment Parliamentary Approval Act 2011, this House rejects the nomination of Ms. Mwende Mwinzi for appointment as ambassador representing the Republic of Kenya. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
