    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the first part was asking whether I am aware that Kenya is losing a lot of investors to the neigbouring countries of Rwanda, Uganda and others, due to corruption and other Government bureaucracy. I said I am not aware that we are losing those investors to those countries because of corruption and bureaucracy. That was the answer. The Question was not about the measures we are taking to deal with corruption."
