    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have already stated in my question that when a private citizen wants to do a proposed economic project like a house, a factory or hotel, he has to go to NEMA and get an environmental impact assessment of that economic activity. Now, I want the Government to also reciprocate. Before the Ministers do some of their silly gazettements, they will do an economic impact assessment of that gazettement before they go ahead to gazette."
