    "content": "Fourthly, in accordance to Article 78(1) (2), he is a Kenyan citizen and does not hold dual citizenship. He is fit to hold public office. This is a very important reason from my Committee. There was a problem in this House where we had approved somebody with dual citizenship. However, my Committee just wants to confirm to the House, yourself and the people of Kenya that this one has no problem. There is no collusion and so he qualifies."
