Finally, we want to apprise the House and ask it to agree with us as a Committee that the nominee has never been dismissed from office under Article 75 of the Constitution and for contravention of the provisions of Article 75(1). Therefore, if a candidate has all these things, in fairness, there is no reason to deny that person an opportunity."
