    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also rise to support the Special Motion on the approval of the nominee. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to attest to the fact presented by the Chair that Mr. Solomon Kitungu is a hardworking person. In the 11th Parliament when I was the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock, I worked with him during the privatisation process. However, the process stalled because governors went to court to block the privatisation of state-owned sugar factories. So, Solomon Kitungu is suitable for the job. I support Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
