(i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that one, Mr. James Omingo Juma of ID No. 0985881, was irregularly dismissed from employment by the Kenya Revenue Authority in February 1999, contrary to Section 45 of the Employment Act? (ii) When will he be paid his dues or reinstated as his dismissal was overturned by the Mombasa Chief Magistrate Court, Court Case No. 2251 of 1998?"
