"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to start by thanking Hon. Gideon Keter for doing something that should have been done long time ago. He should have known better because he was part of the National Youth Council before he came to Parliament and he understands the challenges that are faced by that particular body. I am no longer a youth. I am turning 40 this year. I have passed that bracket now, but I have youth issues at heart. I have been the Secretary General of the Kenya Young MPs Association for the last four years. So, I think I am competent enough to talk about issues of young people.
