The other thing I noted and would like to support is the fact that county governments must be encouraged to come up with programmes geared particularly towards supporting the youth through empowerment, education and capacity building. Also, there is an aspect of the cash transfer programes as has been articulated by the youthful Member for Saboti. The older people have been put on that programmes.
