Gideon Keter for bringing this Bill that is focusing on the youth who are over 75 per cent or more of our population, if we go by the current census. I have listened keenly to what my youthful colleagues have been saying and I take this opportunity to encourage them to bring more Bills that will address the challenges the youth are facing."
