    "content": "There is one thing that we must look at when we follow and try to pursue a law like this. Any time you hear the youth trying to create space for themselves through affirmative action and Bills in the same way as the women, then you realise that there must be something wrong with the management of resources within the country. If this country’s economy is growing, the youth cannot look for special positions using an Act of Parliament. They would be moving in the current of the nation. If Hon. Gideon Keter has brought a law such as this to try and create a National Youth Council, then you realise that there must be something that the youths are not getting within the main system. That is why they want to create a niche for themselves to access a lot of the things that we have in this country."
