However, there are certain things that this country needs to re-engineer to give every person an equal opportunity to achieve his or her dreams. Young people succeed in business worldwide today. Young people succeed in business even in this country. What do we need to do to ensure that a young person can get a loan without being asked for a title deed in the business world? What do we need to do to ensure that he can access credit without being told to give collateral or access employment without 10 years’ experience?
