"content": "As the Whip of the Majority Party stated, we do not expect a youth to have experience when he is looking for employment because he or she has just finished school. Where will he or she get the experience from? The youth are literally marginalised. By asking experience of them before you give them a job or needing them to have capital before you award them a tender, you are already marginalising them. When they want to further their education, their parents tell them that for them to get a second degree they need to fund themselves. Where will they get the money to fund their further education?"
