You cannot be in a situation where to Nairobi all the way from Isebania border or Vanga in Mombasa or Turkana the only people you are seeing are young people using boda bodas . That is not the job of young people in this country. Education must guarantee employment. There is no point of going to university when the university cannot guarantee you employment to put food on the table for your family. We have to be very serious. And that is why I support this Bill to ensure that once we create the National Youth Council at the top, with a lean composition, we also have a branch at the county level, where a majority of our young people live. I fully support. Thank you."
