    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have no otherwise on this matter. Our Vision 2030 is tied to the delivery of a new Constitution. A new Constitution is a pillar in our reform agenda. As I speak, this country is today commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Saba Saba Day, the day the search for a new Constitution began in earnest. We have travelled so far, spent too much, waited too long and lost so much, including lives. This process has to come to an end. The Government is committed to see it end successfully on August 4th."
