Kinyua has spoken on their very little capacity on issues of virginity, I request that we give this debate to the ladies first before men have their say. As you heard, the comments from Sen. Kinyua are completely off the mark. He is making Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve talk of things such as testing virginity yet that is unparliamentarily. The people who have capacity to understand this issue should be allowed to speak first. The rest of us who are the cause of lack of virginity can speak later."
