    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, even though I am a very staunch supporter of the proposed Constitution, there is a statement that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government made which is of great concern to me. I would, therefore, like more clarification. He talked of Vision 2030 being tied to the proposed Constitution. That is a worry to me. I want the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government to clarify the sections of the Vision 2030 that are tied to the proposed Constitution. If the proposed Constitution is not passed because we will go to the ballot, what will happen to Vision 2030? Will it fail or we will still realise it?"
