    "content": "We expect the speeches to be civil and decent. This issue was raised by the Member of Parliament for Kandara. This can be done if we, as Members, project leadership qualities and come out forcefully to show that we are not about playing games with Kenyans, but we are serious in conveying what the contents of that Constitution are. If we are able to live up to that and be disciplined in the conveyance of our messages, I believe that the content of the speeches can be realistic and fair and we can avoid hate speech and falsehoods."
