    "content": "My argument is that Article 187 was voted for by Kenyans in the Constitution. The Article was not put there for fun. If there is a lacuna in law, which seems to have appeared, the people who should have brought about legislation to fill up that lacuna is the Senate. However, we have failed to fill the lacuna and should not foul any decision that had been made."
