    "content": "Kiambu and other Kenyans do not want authority to be exercised by fear to dissolve functions of their counties. However, in Nairobi we have a challenge. We know that this governor should have left because there are matters that he has failed to perform. We know that if the law does not provide for a way out, convenience and politics may provide for it. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I conclude because I do not want to speak much, I want to say that we should support this process, but let us leave it as a precedent set for Nairobi. We should not allow this precedent to be visited on other counties because it is a recipe for chaos and is something that should not form precedence in this country.
