    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to conclude by saying that on the issue of the prisons, I think even for the Yes camp, nobody has been given access to go and campaign in the prisons. So, they have their right to vote as ordered by the court, but in all fairness if you were to ask me, I would say that really the Yes and No camps can garner enough votes outside the prisons. They should let the Kenyans who are within the prison premises have an opportunity to study the document and then vote according to their conscience when the time comes. But let us not engage in going to campaign in the prisons."
