While I appreciate the order given by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government that nobody should go and campaign in the prisons, is he in order to claim that the “No” and “Yes” campaign groups should not access the prisons when we have seen the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs dancing with prisoners inside the prison?"
